★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Livraison très longue une journée parfois ligne téléphonique souvent mêler et au laboratoire me faire dire Ton cellulaire marche mal plutôt votre c'est pour la politesse je me sens pas à l'aise les techniciens ont l'air très très mal dans leur emploi c'est pas drôle je n'y vais pas j'attends et je fais livrer je conseille et je vais moi même changer très peu de tact et connaissances me suis fais dire voulez vous générique je l'ai déjà j'ai répondu deuxième fois voulew vous générique je vous est dit que je pre ds déjà je connais plus mes médicaments en temps que preposee aux bénéficiaires marque en formation. Ô. Reste moi bete
 Very long delivery a day sometimes telephone line often get mixed up and at the laboratory make me say Your cellphone is not working well rather your it is for politeness I feel not at ease the technicians look very, very bad in their jobs. It's not funny I'm not going I wait and I have it delivered I advise and I myself will change very little tact and knowledge I was told want you generic I have already I answered second time want you generic I have been told to you that I already know more about my medications as an employee of the brand in training. Ô. Keep me stupid

Vous allez être totalement ébloui par le département laboratoire et son équipe y compris un service de livraison top 1... Pharmaciens et soutient de l équipe font de pharmacie... Selon moi vraiment LA MEILLEURE...
Best pharmacological team ... 10 out of 10 ... Listen, need, understand ect ... You will be totally dazzled by the laboratory department and its team including a top 1 delivery service ... Pharmacists and supports the pharmacy team ... In my opinion really THE BEST ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their postal office is messed up! received a paper to go get my parcel. As I live far from there...I called...no answer at all during 10 calls. I called the client service there...I am told that they do not answer the phone until 6 ot 7pm...If you undetstand...it is near from the closing time...
Then i call CANADA POST to get my parcel TRACKED i am told that my PARCEL IS THERE AT PHARMAPRIX BOUL. DES FORGES.
I go there but I CAN'T GET MY PARCEL!!!
I am told that my package ISN'T THERE! Liars!
I told them that CANADA POST TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THERE... I AM RUDELY ANSWERED To go back there TOMORROW SATURDAY and she left to go to the little room behind...
The service there is so messed up! Rude!
It is to wonder what they are being paid for!
Why is your pharmacy is still accepting such a bad partnership...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I went in the afternoon… Their postal counter has rude workers and most if these women seems to be there to simply sit and chat with each other. They dont take time to check in the back. They tell you to comeback because their superior is rarely there.
Then later i had to go get something for someone and And the drugstore itself says closing at 10 pm but i went at 8 and it was already closed….a friday night…
Hmm covid pass and clients limit are gone and mandates almost all gone too so why closing so early? Maybe i went somewhere else for my stuff and i might change my account from place too then.
