Bought a living room set and an upright freezer from Leons in July 2021, couch and chair were delivered on time but 2 months later still didn't see the freezer or my ottoman. Another month went by still nothing. So I went into the store and ask if I could cancel the freezer and get a recliner instead. Freezer was 759.00 and the chair I bought was 649. But they never refund the difference to me After several calls to leons and a few in person trips to seek my refund still nothing. Couple weeks later someone called me and said the price on the web site and the price on the chair I bought was marked wrong. REALLY . I will never buy from them again. Their customer service sucks.

Bought some appliances from Eric who did a great job for us. Next day wanted to swap brands on the stove we bought. Holly made the change and had us on our way in 5 minutes.

A very friendly staff. No pressure, just great service. Even though our purchase was small, we were treated excellently. Thanks to Cheryl, Holly and Molly for a great experience.

UPDATE: I spoke with Jeff, from Kingston, he has looked into the issue and is rectifying the issue. Will update with the new timeline If I could give 0 stars I would. The drivers for leons are phenomenal, one of the employees at leons, not so much. I went in January to place an order (nearly 8k worth of stuff) bedroom set, 2 night stands long and tall dresser, another long dresser, a 4 piece dinning set, and a computer desk, Went in every month and kept getting told end of next month, so went in again in May and was told everything but my dinning room sets is in. Come to find out none of the dressers are in, and the sales person I dealt with put in the WRONG SKU!! so I waited 6 months just to get the wrong product, not to mention almost certain they gave me a floor model for my computer desk as it has dings on it, extremely dusty, and has the sticky from the price still on it, it came fully assembled which even the drivers said it must be a floor model as it wasn't in a box like they usually are. So I waited 6 months just to get a floor model. They are "Investigating" the issue. If they deal with this the right way and give me compensation for all this headaches and issues, I'll gladly update my review. But I'm extremely unhappy with this certain sales person and can see why everyone I talk to avoids him

Oh man, where do I even start!!! .. so as soon as I walked into Leon’s I was greeted how everyone should be greeted in a sales place like this. I had a lady named Tracey, very happy , bubbly and wanted to sell me something but more importantly wanted to make me feel comfortable and help me with what I needed. I had my 4 year old daughter with me , let me say she can be a handful but Tracey handled it so professionally like she was in my shoes. My daughter instantly clicked with her and was literally her assistant for the hour or so we were there lol. I walked in wanting a double bed for a good price and actually walked out with a queen. This lady sold it to me , she called around she did her due diligence and worked her a** off to make me happy. We need more Tracey’s in this world ! Thank you girl from the bottom of my heart for what you did for me and my daughter today ! I will be back to shop there! Keep up the good work everyone! -Krista Coffman

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. My kids ran around like heathens and the sales people were very patient and kind even though they likely wanted to tell me to put my savage children on leashes LOL I bought a few different items and the whole process was very smooth. The delivery was on time and the delivery workers were clean and professional. I will definitely be buying more items from this location.

We purchased a bed in November and was very specific stating it was needed by December 15.I was assured I would have the bed or they would give me another by then but 10 were arriving the next week. December 15th...no bed and I was told that I could drive to another town and get the bed from the warehouse myself. I decided I wanted my money back. Told it would have to be a cheque as they couldn't do a reversal on the debit card. It would be in the store in 3 or 4 days. Two weeks later still no cheque.After complaining the cheque shows up in the wrong name so now we wait for another 2weeks?

We bought a stove and absolutely love it. Jason was fantastic and recommended the air fry setting with our new stove and it is now my favorite setting to cook with. Great customer service, product knowledge and prices. Very helpful ?
