J	John Grosvenor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my necklace in for a new clasp they sent it to Montreal they told me it would take 2 weeks 2 months later they finally called me and said they couldn't do the clasp without fixing the whole chain telling me it would be 300 dollars.i think they should have told me before sending it out for what I wanted done instead of not even a phone call to tell me I ended up calling them to ask them wheres my necklace.Very bad customer service and there employees are not trained properly I will never buy or get anything repaired at Peoples again

D	David Dubois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid times require curb service for warranty inspections. I had to make 3 appointments as I was behind a month. Could not ask for better service. I was expected, and the process was fast and efficient. Waiting for better times so I can return to indoor shopping.

Ring took over 2 months to be repaired and came back unfixed. Finally when it was fixed the job done was terrible and flawed. After NUMEROUS attempts at trying to phone the Brockville store I ended up having to contact head office. Their phone line is ALWAYS busy, I think they must take the phone off the hook. They've finally offered to replace the ring (hopefully it comes quickly this time) but after this experience I will never be back.

Joanne in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get my desired ring. When I had called a few days earlier interested, Joanne assured me that she would set the ring aside as it was the only one left and when I went into the store today she went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with every little detail when upgrading my ring. I highly recommend this store, you will not be disappointed!!
