★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager was rude. We came to exchange à used game that was bought as a gift for Christmas. We simply went to exchange the game because they put an Xbox 360 game when it should've been an Xbox one game. But that was ok, mistakes happen. it was the way the store manager approached the situation that was wrong. He was sarcastically showing empathy saying "yeah yeah we hear you, he was really sad , he was really sad, it's the holidays", as if he was annoyed of us. He made it seem like we were complaining when all we wanted was to exchange the game. Guy needs some training on customer service, and needs to treat people with proper manners.
