★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I simply asked if I can get a PS4 controller as it had a thief lock, the rep rudely answered "Please wait, you're not the only one". They then started serving customers that came after me after I waited for more than 20 minutes. They didn't even have that many customers and it took them 10 minutes to serve each of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When asking about the ps5 they were kinda rude and not wanting to help explain how to obtain one. I told the worker I understood that they were sold out everywhere but he didnt care. He then started to brush me off even though his store was empty with no customers. I expect to be treated a lot better since im a returning customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little store, they have a lot of toys and action figures. Same goes for the video games they have lot of titles. The staff was very nice so for sure I'll be shopping there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 212$ for 5 videos games unfortunately my son didn't like it so I went to exchange three games and they said no only one can be exchange and other two they will buy for 2$ and 3$ but really priced for both one was 17$ and other was 22$?. I went back 3 day after when I bought. I'm calling on customer service they are not even answering. Very Very bad experience I will suggest my family and friends not to buy any video games and plzz u guys whoever reading this buy from other shops not from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me the code to the wrong game for online download . When I called they said I have to speak to Nintendo which were able to just credit me the game in the Nintendo shop account so I had to purchase the right game there and pay extra 11$ . So I spent extra money because the guy at the store made a mistake . Ridiculous .
