★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai envoyé mon cellulaire en réparation, 3 semaines après la réception il est exactement dans le même état (impossible de l'ouvrir, ouvre et ferme pendant l'utilisation). Habituellement on se dirait que geek squad ferait tout en leur pouvoir pour remédier à la situation, mais non! Impossible de me faire rembourser, impossible d'avoir un nouveau cellulaire ou même impossible de le faire réparer. Très mauvais service, après 2 ans de loyaux services envers eux j'obtiens de loin le pire service de protection avec qui j'ai eux affaires
 I sent my cell phone in for repair, 3 weeks after receipt it is in exactly the same condition (cannot be opened, opens and closes during use). Usually it looks like geek squad would do everything in their power to remedy the situation, but no! Impossible to get a refund, impossible to get a new cell phone or even impossible to have it repaired. Very bad service, after 2 years of loyal service to them I get by far the worst protection service I have had them deal with
