Visiting from the states and came here to purchase a Kobo that they don’t sell at home. Staff was really helpful in speaking English. Ironically our only issue was finding where to pay. Then when they got there they would not take my Discover credit card. Ended up having to pay with my bank card and getting charged for an international fee.

If you went into a bestbuy, it looks the same, great selection but in the Pc part department they are always out of stock for what I'm looking for even though the website sais they have some, staff are everywhere and you're bound to be asked if you need help but they don't insist compared to other bestbuy. To their credit, even though they are always out of stock for my pc part. They always offer solutions and ordering from other store to compensate. I just don't get them the say I want but I get them.

The staff harass their clients over masks being perfectly fitting on their face and watch everyone like hawks. I felt completely uncomfortable and discriminated against concerning persons with disabilities, they do not respect them. They are gestapo.

Very poor service, argumentative, and was told to shop else were if I wadn't happy with the service by the manager at the service desk. Was also told by the manager that even do Best buy Canada was the one's who told me to stop at any best buy store for a reimbursement, following a mistake made on my billing, the manager proceeded to tell me that best buy Canada was wrong and misinformed me, and there shouldn't be a reimbursement.

I was there yesterday and I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I asked the girl at the front door who kind of just says hello, she was very nice and did her best to help me find a product, she accompany me to where I was supposed to go, then,the guy at the cell phone section was trying to do a price matching, he asked a colleague with more experience because he wasn’t too sure, all of this took a while but people were nice and helpful so I was OK with it. Then they brought me to the customer service counter wear a blond girl with large glasses start of the conversation but saying that someone else will have to take care of me because she had to go for lunch. When she realized that she was stuck with me, she said that price matching only works with items you can find online. It was just a very long and annoyingly disappointing experience. If it is true, it is a bad policy, but it definitely was a terrible employee.

---AVOID // A EVITER!--- (buy on Amazon, or literally anywhere else) Same as some other review here. Bought a TV from Best Buy (~$750). Came out of the box defective (the diffuser was loose, leading to a warped image). Spoke to Best Buy customer service via phone to see what the exchange process was. Not looking for a reimbursement, only an exchange for the same product (but not defective out of box). I was told by Best Buy customer service (on phone), to bring the item with it's box and receipt to this BestBuy in St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu. Which I did. Once I show up to the store 30 mins later, and was told they couldn't help me. Their customer service rep Carol, spoke to me like a child and was argumentative /combative. I was calm the whole time. Not sure why they're in a customer service role -- they obviously like talking down to customers. So now I'm stuck with a big broken TV, never used it. Did all I was supposed to regarding the return process which was explained to be by BestBuy (on phone), which doesn't seem to match their in-store policy - at all. thus, I'm out 1hr of driving, 1hr of customer service calls and in-person customer service talks, and about 20$ in gas. And no solution. Thanks Best Buy....
