★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malheureusement on m'a donné une mauvaise information sur la politique de retour et bien qu'il y ai eu erreur, on ne l'a pas respecté. La gérante n'a pas su assumer l'erreur et n'a pas travaillé pour son client. Comme le service après vente a laissé à désiré je ne conseil à personne d'acheter dans cette boutique. Si vous avez un problème avec une grandeur ou un vêtement vous aller être déçu. Passez plutôt votre tour et aller dans une autre boutique.

Unfortunately I was given the wrong return policy information and although it was wrong, it was not followed. The manager could not accept the error and did not work for her client. As the after sales service has left to desired I do not advise anyone to buy from this store. If you have a problem with a size or a garment you will be disappointed. Instead, skip your turn and go to another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Épouvantable!! Je déconseille ! À chaque fois que j'entre dans cette boutique, les employées n’accueillent jamais les clients et on a l’impression de les déranger (de sur son cellulaire). J’ai poser trois questions à la vendeuse et elle ma répondue aussi bête que ses deux pieds. J’avais les mains pleines de vêtements pour essayer, jamais elle m’as proposé de déposer le tout dans une cabine. Le pire, c’est qu’elle ne m’a pas donné le bon ticket de caisse… bonne chance pour me faire rembourser le vêtement….
Terrible !! I advise against ! Every time I walk into this store, the employees never greet customers and you feel like you are disturbing them (from your cell phone). I asked the sales clerk three questions and she answered as stupid as her two feet. My hands were full of clothes to try on, never did she offer to put it all in a cubicle. The worst part is that she didn't give me the right receipt ... good luck getting my refund for the garment ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue du non service que j'ai reçu. La qualité des vêtements est superbe et vraiment je veux encourager les entreprises d'ici. J'ai vraiment été horrifié de l'incompétence de l'employée qui était en service un samedi 9 avril 2022, 16h.
J'ai acheté pour 160$ en ligne. Il y a des items qui ne font pas. Je vais en magasin pour un échange ou remboursement sur carte cadeau. L'employée me dit d'entrée de jeu qu'elle ne sait pas comment faire la transaction, qu'elle ne se sent pas capable de faire(elle est toute seule au magasin). Je lui demande si elle ne peut pas contacter un autre employé pour l'assister dans la transaction. Elle fait un appel puis elle me dit être que ça va être correct si je choisis des choses en magasin pour un échange. Après 30 minutes a sélectionner des items en remplacement elle commence la transaction puis me dit que ce n'est pas possible parce que je n'ai pas pris des items au même prix. À ce moment, elle lance tous les vêtements sur le comptoir juste devant moi. Elle me crie qu'elle a eu une grosse journée, qu'elle est tanné, qu'il est 5h moins 20 et qu'elle ne va pas faire la transaction. Elle me demande de revenir le lendemain, moi la mère qui est venue avec son bébé de 1 an qui a fait 30 minutes de route juste pour venir échanger sa commande...
Very disappointed with the non service I received. The quality of the clothes is superb and I really want to encourage local businesses. I was really horrified by the incompetence of the employee who was on duty on a Saturday, April 9, 2022, 4 p.m.
I bought for $160 online. There are items that do not. I'm going to the store for an exchange or refund on a gift card. The employee tells me from the outset that she does not know how to make the transaction, that she does not feel capable of doing (she is alone in the store). I ask her if she can contact another employee to assist her in the transaction. She makes a call and then she tells me that it will be ok if I choose things in store for an exchange. After 30 minutes of selecting replacement items, she begins the transaction and then tells me that it is not possible because I did not take items at the same price. At that moment, she throws all the clothes on the counter right in front of me. She yells at me that she's had a big day, that she's fed up, that it's 5:20 and that she's not going to make the transaction. She asks me to come back the next day, me the mother who came with her 1 year old baby who drove 30 minutes just to come and exchange her order...
