J’ai un véhicule qui vient tout juste de terminer sa location, et qui n’a pas encore nécessité d’entretien puisque neuf, mise à part des changements d’huile, fait au concessionnaire dans le but de respecter la garantie. J’avoue aujourd’hui avoir vécu une déception sur le service que j’ai reçu. Jai fait Montréal-Québec afin de faire mon changement de pneus. J’ai de la famille ici et puisque je fais confiance à ce garage, pas besoin d’en trouver un autre. Lors du paiement, on me mentionne qu’on n’entreposera plus mes pneus, car ceux d’hiver n’ont pas été achetés à ce garage, et que je suis seulement venu faire le changement de pneus à ce garage toutes ces années. Les pneus qui devaient être entreposés ont toutefois été achetés à ce garage, quelques mois plus tôt. J’envisageais faire l’entretien de mes freins prochainement, mais j’ai sentie que je n’étais pas une cliente méritante et j’ai eu l’impression que je devrais aller ailleurs.
I have always had a good experience with this garage. I have been a customer for 4-5 years. I have a vehicle that has just finished its rental, and has not yet required service since it is new, apart from oil changes, made at the dealership in order to honor the warranty. Today I admit that I was disappointed with the service I received. I traveled to Montreal-Quebec to change my tires. I have family here and since I trust this garage, no need to find another one. When paying, I am told that my tires will no longer be stored, as the winter tires were not purchased at this garage, and that I have only come to change the tires at this garage all these years. The tires that were to be stored were, however, purchased at this garage a few months earlier. I was considering servicing my brakes soon, but felt I was not a deserving customer and felt like I should go elsewhere.

A family run business with extremely knowledgeable mechanics who take the time to ask you questions to determine the problem and to determine if your driving habits have changed then explain the problem with your vehicle. Flat tire or a major engine overhaul, it's this garage you should go to. Lots of mechanics and 3 bays ensure a quick appointment for your vehicle. Clean waiting room with fresh coffee and newspapers or magazines.
