When billing for a breakdown service, their system chose the longest route to charge an extra. The bill went from single to double.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour a vous , en effet j'ai eu besoin d'un remorquage + une réparation lié a un starter. Le service de remorquage est impeccable rien a dire ,rapide et professionnel, mais ce qui ma vraiment choqué c'est a la récupération de la voiture on ma donné une facture avec aucun détail sur le demarreur installer ni la marque ni la référence , et jai demandé si tout allait bien pour les autres compostantes on ma répondu le mecano na pas tout vérifié il a juste changé le demarreur la je me pose la question comment on peu dire que le demarreur est en panne si on vérifie pas tout le circuit, batterie alternateur.?? Quand je suis arrivé au garage je me suis dit c'est vraiment bien ici tout est bien organisé et propre , et sa aurait était une très bonne experience si yavait une explication sur la facture de ce qui est installé marque et référence et aussi si le mecano pouvait donné son avis sur ce qu'il a pu voir comme sa le client peut prevoir une réparation dans l'avenir
Hello to you, indeed I needed a towing + a repair linked to a starter. The towing service is impeccable, nothing to say, fast and professional, but what really shocked me was when I recovered the car, I was given an invoice with no details on the starter to be installed, the brand or the reference, and I asked if everything was fine for the other composters I was told the mechanic did not check everything he just changed the starter I wonder how we can say that the starter is faulty if we do not check the whole circuit, alternator battery .?? When I arrived at the garage I said to myself it's really good here everything is well organized and clean, and it would have been a very good experience if there was an explanation on the invoice of what is installed brand and reference and also if the mecano could give his opinion on what he could see as his customer can foresee a repair in the future

The description text that mentions that they are open 7/7 and the hours are practically false advertising; they are closed on Sundays and only open on Saturdays in season... Thanks for giving me false hope and wasting my time on a Sunday morning!
