★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avertissement, BLepage nous a vendu des pneus NEUFS, VIEUX de + de 3 ans. Vérifiez le DOT (4 chiffres indiquant la semaine et l'année de fabrication) sur les pneus avant de les payer. Avons contacté leur service à la clientèle. Aucun suivi de leur part.

Merci à Benoît Lepage, propriétaire, d’avoir pris le temps de nous contacter concernant les éléments déterminants la condition d’un pneu comme le type d’entreposage, l’épaisseur de la semelle, l’âge du pneu, etc.
Concernant l’âge du pneu :
Même neuf, même entreposé dans d’excellentes conditions, un pneu vieillissant se détériore.
Ainsi, la date de fabrication de vos pneus vous aide à mieux cerner le vieillissement réel des pneus que vous allez acheter. Cette date s’obtient par le numéro de DOT inscrit sur le pneu.
 Warning, BLepage sold us NEW, OLD tires over 3 years old. Check the DOT (4 digits indicating the week and year of manufacture) on the tires before paying for them. Have contacted their customer service. No follow-up from them.

Regarding the age of the tire:
Even new, even stored in excellent conditions, an aging tire deteriorates.
Thus, the date of manufacture of your tires helps you better understand the real aging of the tires you are going to buy. This date can be obtained from the DOT number on the tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honnêtement pas très impressionné. On a inspecter mon véhicule à cette endroit et pour environ 140$ ils ont fait une inspection sommaire.
Le mécanicien à fait une belle inspection générale mais à affirmer que le bras pour actionner les essuis-glace ne fonctionnait pas en position intermmitente alors qu'en fait il était sur la position automatique (un sensor détecte lorsquil y a de l'eau sur le pare-brise).
Toutes les fonctions fonctionnent très bien.. Nous les avons essayer par la suite.
Il ont aussi affirmer que lauto était à enligner vue l'usure des pneu.. ils nont aucunement regarder le dit enlignement d'une autre façon..
Pour une inspection sommaire approuvé CAA je trouve cela un peu ridicule.
À part regarder avec une flash light sous le véhicule et prendre des photo avec une tablette, il ne semblait pas avoir tant d'instrument pour inspecter de façon professionnel le véhicule. et menacer de surcharger si je restais trop longtemps dans le garage pour assister... vraiment..??
Pour le même prix chez Desharnais sur le blvd Charest vous avez une inspection complète en 140points et vous pouvez non seulement assister mais les mécaniciens sont super sympa et vous expliquerons tout ce qu'ils voit!
Et si vous magasinez un véhicule et en faite inspecter plus d'un, ils feront le suivit!
ÇA c'est un service qui en vaut le prix!
Sérieusement, si je laisse 3 étoiles c'est bien parce qu'un des commis à été super sympa et m'a bien conseiller pour des pneus parce qu'autrement je trouve que c'est un très mauvais investissement.
Honestly not very impressed. My vehicle was inspected there and for about $ 140 they did a rough inspection.
The mechanic made a good general inspection but to affirm that the arm to activate the wipers did not work in interminitente position whereas in fact it was on the automatic position (a sensor detects when there is water on the windshield).
All functions work very well .. We tried them later.
He also affirmed that the car was in line with the wear and tear of the tires. They did not look at the said line in any other way.
For a CAA-approved summary inspection I find it a bit ridiculous.
Apart from watching with a flash light under the vehicle and taking pictures with a tablet, he did not seem to have so much instrument to professionally inspect the vehicle. and threaten to overload if I stayed too long in the garage to attend ... really .. ??
For the same price at Desharnais on the Blvd Charest you have a complete inspection in 140points and you can not only attend but the mechanics are super nice and you will explain everything they see!
And if you are shopping for a vehicle and inspecting more than one, they will follow up!
It is a service that is worth the price!
Seriously, if I leave 3 stars is good because one of the clerks was super nice and I advise me for tires because otherwise I think it is a very bad investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were fantastic. We had a blowout on our motorhome. The rear tires (set of 4) had minimal tread left, they found us a set of used tires with about 65% tread left. Installed for 400+tax. We were there for about 1.5 hrs and they gave us a private room and free wifi to hang out in.
Best outcome we could've hoped for.
