★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mise en situation: un samedi à Québec alors qu’on doit retourner à Trois-Rivières, le lendemain il annonce une tempête; le char part pas starter scrap...on s’imagine tout le trouble et le $$$ que ça va causer de revenir le chercher la semaine prochaine. On cherche la liste des garages, Innovauto est ouvert jusqu’à 13h. Après avoir attendu le remorqueur pendant 1h30, on arrive au garage à 13h, il a le starter stock et va nous le reparer meme s’il est fermer. Vraiment je veux remercier l’équipe qui nous as sortie du trouble, en plus d’être super smath on voit que vous vous etes mis à notre place, je doute meme pas du service excellent que vous donnez à votre clientèle ici. Lachez pas votre bon service votre garage est super beau! ?
Scenario: one Saturday in Quebec when we have to return to Trois-Rivières, the next day he announces a storm; the tank is not going starter scrap ... we can imagine all the trouble and the $$$ it will cause to come back for it next week. We are looking for the list of garages, Innovauto is open until 1 p.m. After waiting for the tug for 1h30, we arrive at the garage at 1pm, it has the starter in stock and will fix it for us even if it is closed. Really I want to thank the team that got us out of the trouble, in addition to being super smath we see you put yourself in our shoes, I have no doubts about the excellent service you give to your customers here. Do not give up your good service your garage is super beautiful! ?

il sont hyper courtois , donne l'heure juste et aussi super travaillant. leur service est sans mots on se sens vrm plus qu'un simple numéro.
je recommande a tous !

L'inspection m'a semblée très rapide et approximative.
Je n'ai eu aucune estimation pour des travaux relativement simples. (malgré 5 relances par téléphone)
Les châssis E38 ne semblent pas vraiment être leur spécialité, ou alors peut-être qu'ils choisissent les clients avec qui ils veulent travailler.
Bref, l'équipe à l'air sympathique mais j'ai été déçu du service offert.
I honestly thought I had found room for my BMW. So I go there for a general inspection.
The inspection seemed to me very quick and approximate.
I have had no estimate for relatively simple work. (despite 5 reminders by phone)
E38 chassis don't really seem to be their specialty, or maybe they choose the customers they want to work with.
In short, the team seems friendly but I was disappointed with the service offered.
