Pour la stérilisation de mon chien, ils ne me donnaient pas le choix de venir le porter la veille de son opération et de le laisser également la nuit suivant l'opération (2 dodos). Je leur ai expliqué que mon chien faisait de l'anxiété de séparation et qu'il n'était aucunement nerveux dans un nouvel environnement, donc que ce n'était pas nécessaire d'aller le porter la veille, mais ils m'ont dit ''c'est comme ça ici'', c'est tout. J'ai tenté de leur expliquer à 3 reprises, sans succès. Toujours la même réponse ''ici, c'est comme ça''. J'ai trouvé qu'ils n'étaient vraiment pas à l'écoute de mes besoins... Je connais mon chien, je sais ce qui est le mieux pour lui. D'ailleurs, ils m'ont dit de venir faire un ''examen'' avant l'opération. 115$ pour 5 minutes et je n'ai pas aimé l'ambiance. Bref, j'ai appelé à ma clinique habituelle (Clinique vétérinaire Vieux Limoilou) et ils ont été à l'écoute! J'ai annulé mon rendez-vous et je suis très contente de ma décision. Si vous savez ce qu'il faut pour votre chien, écoutez votre instinct et ne vous laissez pas faire! Cold service. In short, I called my usual clinic (Old Limoilou Veterinary Clinic) and they were listening! I canceled my appointment and I am very happy with my decision. If you know what it takes for your dog, listen to your instincts and don't give in!

Ma chienne est normalement turbulente est très nerveuse mais à cette clinique tout c'est super bien déroulé elle est resté très calme et se sentait en sécurité. Le personnel est très compétents et vous donnes beaucoup de conseils et recommandations très instructif par apport à votre animal. Personnel très compétents. Je recommande fortement. Belle greets on arrival, they are all truly animal lovers and have been thinking of the details. My dog is normally turbulent and very nervous but at this clinic everything went really well, she remained very calm and felt safe. The staff are very knowledgeable and give you lots of very informative advice and recommendations for your pet. Very competent staff. I highly recommend.
