Clinic for enthusiasts who are always there when you have an emergency. Competence and honesty, I warmly recommend this clinic. The priority is the animals and not the money. I changed to this clinic and I have never regretted my choice.

Il n'y avait pas de place pour les nouveaux clients, mais ils m'ont rappelĂ© lors d'une retraite par un autre client qui avait pris un rendez-vous. La vĂ©tĂ©rinaire est trĂšs attentife avec les animaux et nous a aidĂ© quand avec la langue française. Merci par le traitement.
Professionals are very nice and polite. There was no place for new customers, but they reminded me during a retreat by another client who had an appointment. The vet is very attentife with animals and helped us when the French language. Thank you for the treatment.

On nous a assignĂ© Docteure Brassard, que nous adorons, mais nous avons aussi consultĂ© Docteure Champagne Ă quelques reprises. Elles sont incroyables et ont vraiment Ă cĆur le bien-ĂȘtre des animaux. Elles comprennent nos inquiĂ©tudes et nous ont accueilli en urgence, Ă la derniĂšre minute un soir de semaine, afin de sâassurer que Lily guĂ©rissait bien de sa stĂ©rilisation. Ă ma grande surprise, on ne nous a rien chargĂ© pour cette visite dâurgence, bien que la vĂ©tĂ©rinaire aie pris le temps de voir Lily et de nous calmer; Dre Champagne a mĂȘme effectuĂ© deux suivis tĂ©lĂ©phoniques auprĂšs de nous pour avoir des nouvelles de Lily. Jâadore cette clinique et je la recommande chaudement! Les techniciens et techniciennes sont aussi merveilleux. Merci !
We found this clinic near our home after adopting our little Siamese Lily. We were assigned Doctor Brassard, whom we adore, but we also consulted Doctor Champagne a few times. They are amazing and really care about animal welfare. They understand our concerns and greeted us urgently, at the last minute on a weekday evening, to make sure Lily was recovering from her sterilization. To my surprise, we weren't charged anything for this emergency visit, although the vet took the time to see Lily and calm us down; Dr Champagne even made two phone follow-ups with us to hear from Lily. I love this clinic and highly recommend it! The technicians are also wonderful. Thank you !

â â â â â The lady was very rude on the phone. Plus she gave me the wrong information so another lady had to call me again weeks later (2days before my appointment) and postpone my appointment even more. Useless to say that they don't take emergencies. Plus, they dont cover every cases your pet might suffer from. So at the end of the day (actually after two months waiting), my pet wasn't seen. Quite disappointed. However I have to say that the responsible was very polite and tried to be helpful.

â â â â â I went into with my cat who was suffering from congestion and a bad cough... The young vet proposed 3 solutions at different price points that offered the same results... Pricing was very reasonable and there was no additional add-ons playing on guilt. I highly recommend. A+
