★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons eu notre premier rdv pour notre chiot et nous sommes très satisfaits. Notre technicienne et notre vétérinaire ont pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous rassurer. L'équipe a été patiente avec votre chien et il s'est rapidement senti en confiance (il est un peu anxieux même si on travaille très fort). Nous avons apprécié la douceur des deux intervenantes. Un énorme merci!!
We had our first appointment for our puppy and we are very satisfied. Our technician and our veterinarian took all the time necessary to reassure us. The team was patient with your dog and he quickly felt confident (he is a little anxious even if we work very hard). We appreciated the gentleness of the two speakers. A huge thank you!!

J’étais stressé à mon arrivée mais on a été très gentil avec moi, la salle était prête. La technicienne et le vétérinaire ont examiné mon chat. On a prit le temps de bien m’expliquer la situation, la prise en charge est personnalisée.
J’aurais aimé que ça coûte un tout petit peu moins cher mais bon, mon animal avant tout.
The employees are attentive and very calm.
I was stressed when I arrived but they were very nice to me, the room was ready. The technician and the veterinarian examined my cat. We took the time to explain the situation to me, the care is personalized.
I would have liked it to cost a little less, but hey, my animal first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly. The vets and techs are very knowledgeable and don't rip you off. Dr. Breault was so welcoming and took the time to explain everything in detail to us. She is fully bilingual too, which is great. She even gave my 4 year old a juice box and a treat! Very impressed.
