Cela me cause bien des désagréments en temps de vacances même si j'essaie de m'y prendre d'avance! Donc, aucun professionnalisme et aucunement fiable! Je change de clinique le plus tôt possible! My chihuahua has to take medication continuously to calm his anxiety and I call them every two months to have them prepared and it happens very often that they are not even done and the receptionist cannot do them because she does not. is not a technician. It causes me a lot of inconvenience during vacation even if I try to do it in advance! So, no professionalism and no reliability! I change clinic as soon as possible!

Ils me disent qu'ils ont de la place à 14h, puis se corrige pour dire que c'est seulement pour les clients ayant un dossier et qu'ils ne prennent plus de nouveaux clients. M'offre un rendez-vous à l'extérieur des heures d'ouverture pour 330$ de plus (en plus des frais d'examens réguliers). Pourquoi ne pas accepter plus tôt si vous avez de la place? C'est arnaquer des gens qui veulent juste aider leurs animaux et qui ont besoin d'un rendez-vous rapide selon moi. Rajout: La réceptionniste était super gentille au téléphone et super serviable, mais la méthode de déterminer les prix pas trop honnête selon moi est ce qui me fait mettre la note d'un seul étoile. I called for an emergency appointment. They tell me they have room at 2pm, then correct themselves to say it's only for customers with a file and they're not taking new customers anymore. Offers me an appointment outside of business hours for an additional $330 (in addition to regular exam fees). Why not accept earlier if you have room? It's scamming people who just want to help their pets and need a quick date in my opinion. Addition: The receptionist was super nice on the phone and super helpful, but the method of determining prices that is not too honest in my opinion is what makes me give the rating one star.
