★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aman D was helpful. Stayed cool during busy times. Too bad though on Sundays staff is alone. It's not ideal for anyone involved. I would assume with how well Freedom Mobile is doing they can afford 2 staff for 5 hour shifts. The customers deserves the support and so does the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across the best freedom mobile customer service rep who goes by the name of Simran Rai. She is so professional but so sweet. I have come across many freedom CSRs that are very stuck up and rude. Thanks to Simran Rai, I had the best experience. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi consumers kindly stay away from this shady place. They Will straight up lie to your face just to get a sale. Roughly 3 months ago I got service from this girl named ‘AKLIMA’. Fist off she doesn’t know how to speak English at all. She signed me up with postpaid plan without me knowing. I strictly told her I want a prepaid plan the moment I came to the store instead she signed me up for postpaid. I dint realize at that time but my bill went for collections and it struck my credit and she did run a credit check without even letting me know. I got a mail from collections today saying I owe them which is truly embarrassing. Please stay away.

Your in a customer service roll and should be less hostile and alittle more helpful and friendly when it comes to working with customers coming into your store.
Just went into pay my husband's bill with a credit card, the way you came off telling him you don't take cc was uncalled for and very inappropriate, he come out very angry due to your attitude to then have to go see a CSR thats completely unapproachable due to your attitude.
We will not be back to your location and will prob be switching our provider...
Your in a roll where talking to customers like that IS WRONG. learn some skills girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Rocky start with this store as I felt the girl did not want to help me out (I get that it was 30 minutes to close) and they have to unlock the door to let you in but Sam was very helpful in helping me return my plan and getting a new plan set up! He was so helpful! Great job!
