I went to another place originally thinking A battery was a battery but got a cheap Chinese knockoff. I decided to come to cellphonesrus after A friend recommended them and said they have had nothing but great success with them. I just found my new phone repair place. Thanks guys for the amazing service.

She is definitely knowledgeable about the product as well as the guy working in the back office. They had my broken iphone 6plus screen fixed within an hour and even offered me a glass protector for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have their phones (whatever gadgets) repaired. If ever I need to have another phone fixed, I will definitely go back here! Love dealing with genuine people who actually cares for their customers and not just after their money. Excellent customer service!

After 1 week they said Covid so they couldn't touch it. So gave them more time. Another 2 weeks, and I phone and ask if ready, say working on it, ready 2 days. Go pick up, 3 days later and had the worst experience ever, owner began swearing at me and saying, "you $%#& want everything for free" it wasn't even ready, I asked politely to just get the box back, and the owner continued swearing and made me leave store. Have never been able to get my android box back from them. Never do business here. IMO they wrecked it and don't want to admit it.

Upon getting it home, I noticed that there was a bit of grit under the glass that made part of the touch screen unusable, and the front camera area was fogged with condensation, which made face ID and the front camera unusable. These issues were not present when I gave the phone to the store to repair, and it has never been exposed to water. When my husband brought it back to the store to have these problems fixed they claimed we must have been responsible for them, although it's physically impossible for us to lift the screen and insert grit, and the phone wasn't even used between the time the problem with the grit and condensation were noticed. They refused to honour the 30 day warranty on repairs that is clearly stated in signage in the store and replace the screen to its original condition. The person who did the repair was immediately hostile and said my 13-year-old daughter must have PEED ON THE PHONE and that was the cause of the condensation. We took the phone to a different repair place today and they were able to confirm (with documentation) that the phone was never exposed to water like Cell Phones R Us said (liquid contact indicators were negative for exposure) and that the screen that was installed by Cell Phones R Us was defective. My daughter is devastated that she now has to pay for two repairs, since she's only 13. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
A	Ali E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently brought in my sister’s iPhone 7 to have it checked out. The issue was a charging port that could not hold the lightning connector. We tried cleaning out the port to no avail. The owner determined that the entire charging port was faulty and we proceeded to have it fixed. I really appreciate the fact that he offered to stay past closing time to get the job done. His pricing was very fair as well. The process took about an hour, and the phone now charges perfectly while holding any lightning connector. I definitely recommend this shop! Thanks again for your help!

March of 2022 and after many calls and left messages I finally picked up my phone today . At the time of drop off in Oct of 2021 I prepaid 185.00 to have the glass replaced , well today I received only 80.00 reason being we dont give refunds and out of the kindness because my son died in Dec of 7 2021 , who actually owned the phone , None of this was explained to us , So lessened leaned never again and I thought they were such a great company , also they said glass could not be repaired seriously after months of trying to get my phone this was there excuse

If I’ve learned anything it’s that you can’t always believe negative reviews. Usually it’s people expecting more then they were promised. Some of them really make me laugh and are absurd. Super nice people both in the phone and in person.
