S	Shirine Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my eyebrows threaded. The second I got in the car my husband noticed that my eyebrows were crooked - one looked higher than the other. I went back for them to fix it and they said my eyebrows were already like that (which they weren’t) and that I need to fill them in (which I never do). No apology or offer to give me a refund. I am never going there again
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a garbage haircut owner gave to me. No layers nothing. Argued with me for like 10 minutes saying that hair is straight from the back. Even a blind person could see that it's angled. At the end charged me $2 extra. Just caught her off guard and asked her about extra charge and she just madeup story saying that she spent so much time shaping back hair. Well is that my mistake? No wonder why is she selling this salon. Hating my hair ! Worst haircut ever.

Screwed up my friends hair and clearly refused to giving a refund because there rent has increased. My friend clearly said don’t use straighter yet she went right for it and used straightener on her hair. I’d give it negative starts if I could. Hands down the worst service ever. This is for your reply first of all my name is ISHWEEN ARORA not Ashwin it clearly says on my profile. I do not have any mental issues and if you do not understand English ask someone else to read my review for you. I said my friend received the service I never said I did. Although I’m pretty sure people reading reviews would never visit your store. As you’re highly unprofessional and rude. I was taught manners when I was little maybe you missed the lessons. Anyone reading this please don’t go to this store it’s a big NO.

I ordered a conditioner and shampoo but when I called them to pick my shampoo and conditioner , they said we don't know who you are, we gave your package to someone else. I think they built their houses by ripping off the people. I recommend the Indian community please don't go there, otherwise next will be you.
P	Pauline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a great job with my eyebrows but prices seem to not be consistent. The first time i went I was charged $7 for eyebrow threading and the 2nd time I went I was charged $12. Only went here because it's convenient and close to my work but never coming back.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PRICING. Owner tends to increase them after service. The worst of it all was the owner BODYSHAMING while waxing me, which is completely unacceptable.

Reason given- you have thick eyebrows this time. And then she says prices have gone up. Haven’t seen a place that charges different amount for eyebrows. Charged more for every service, and she has written prices on a white board that mentions less prices that what she actually charged She had no answer, when I asked her y is this price difference. Overall it was the worst experience
