★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi always customer service and the trust and respect of customers count more . Here some of their workers start degrading and tounting customers if they ask Services charges are bit high . They literally tount in a dramatic ways and ridiculously keep tounting . They need to polish their workers communication and social skills. Its seems like some KARENz are standing there. If I can rank them in below one star so I would like to even in negative as well..

I called the Coventry hill location to book my self a appointment for a service, and she told me to come in now or else she wouldn’t take me in. She told me she doesn’t have time to book me in and she rather attend other clients at her other location. She said it was waste of her time if I booked a appointment... customer service needs to improve!
