★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like to give her a zero star. I took my mom over thr for a haircut and that was the worst haircut experience of our lives. She just trimmed my mom's hair in 5 min and that's it...no blow dry setting post haircut...nothing.A haircut should make a woman feel special and I wanted to give that to my mom, but l would have done a better job of cutting my mom's hair at home than her. I never have had any experience when there is no styling after a cut. She just rushed through it and after 5 min she was done, when I asked her for blow-dry she told that it takes additional $20 on top of haircut prices for blow-dry and there shd be another appointment for that, considering the fact that I went in only after making an appointment with them. I am not concerned about money but the fact that her attitude was not at all customer friendly, she was arrogant with no knowledge of hair colors n other stuff that even a bad stylist knows but, it felt like she wanted to finish the cut in a rush, which she did n just wanted easy money. I will never recommend this salon for any other Services let alone the hair cut. Save your money and time by choosing better salons than Polly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't trust very many people to cut my hair... That's why I only choose to go to Polly's Hair. The staff is friendly, the prices are good and I always love my hair after the cut. I recommend you to go here if you're looking for a new hair stylist.

Reasonably priced and good value for money.
I am regular to this place since moved to Calgary and got no issues provided you call in for appointment and are on time. The facility is not top notch but considering the amount charged for services, can't complain.
