My boyfriend bought a 2013 chevy cruze from this dealership and was told it was fully certified but when he got it half way home someone pointed out he had a back light out and it was leaking pretty bad he took it to another mechanic who said it should not have passed a certification there were a great number of problems with the car and my boyfriend hasn't even had it for a week yet. Very disappointed

This salesman would not a give direct answer to Mr not once but TWICE regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He said he did answer me about if it's got any surface or underneath rust with "It's a beautiful vehicle". This just happened yesterday and I'm very disappointed in dishonesty. It reminds me of the sax truth that any form of misrepresentation is still a lie, however we try to "sugar coat" things.

I bought my car from this dealership with the understanding of a one-year warrantee, which I could use from anywhere in the country (as I was moving to BC immediately after buying it). It needed a ton of work to be drive-able, and I was not reimbursed for any of the money I spent, after much asking. This was only the second car I have bought, and feel that because of my inexperience I was not dealt with honestly. I would highly recommend not buying a car here. I would never again.

I called the owner about the car and he was soooo rude. I have asked for Car fax report and he clearly said no and then I asked do you have any other car available, he said no I don’t have any car. Is this a joke?

Went to look at as TL type s, called francis 10 in the morning and 1 hour before i left to look at the vehicle at 7 pm. Waited 30 mins for him to arrive when he said on the phone he was there. When he arrived he was on the phone the whole time with his tax company because he missed his 2019 tax, i ended up not even getting a glance at the vehicle and leaving. His business is very unorganized and disappointing.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could, or even negative stars. Francis had a 2015 civic listed for sale, and upon visiting his shop, I noticed that the vehicle that was advertised had 2,000 km more on it than what was advertised. When I inquired about it, Francis told me that he drove the car to Montreal over the long weekend. In addition to that, the car had scrapes, scratches, and dents that he failed to identify in the ad. When I asked about those, he lied to me and told me that it was just dirt... To make matters worse, Francis refused to return my $200 REFUNDABLE deposit, that he originally claimed would be fully refunded if I decided I no longer wanted the vehicle. After calling him numerous times over several days; Francis ignored many of my calls, hung up on me, and kept telling me just to be patient. Days later, when Francis FINALLY returned the money to me via e-transfer, it wasn't the full amount. When I called and spoke to him about it, he made up some excuse that the $200 I sent him is considered business income, so the bank takes a fee off of it. He refused to return the full amount, which is illegal I might add. I have filed a formal complaint with OMVIC, who had to deal with the dealership directly to get me the remaining funds that I was owed. To clarify the false narrative being perpetuated by Francis, I NEVER test drove the vehicle, so his response about me driving the vehicle for 3 hours is a lie. I never called Francis to see any vehicle late at night, as he falsely claims. I urge anyone who is considering getting a vehicle from Francis, simply to find another dealer. For those who have had negative experiences, where Francis has withheld money that he was not legally entitled to, I recommend that you file a formal complaint with OMVIC, who will deal with Francis directly. Formal complaints will permanently be on the dealer's record, based on information I obtained from OMVIC.

NEVER EVER BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALER!!! I bought a toyota prius from this guy and he gave me the warrenty for the transmission, engine and hybrid battery in the bill of sale. Within just a week, my hybrid battery got problems and i called him to let him know about it. He answered the call and told me that he will not give me the warrenty. He told me to fix it by myself. He is a real lier. Once he sold the car, he never value his customers. So, pls guys, dont buy cars from him. He also told me he did the rust proof for the car and actually he didnt do that. I only realised once i came home. So, whenever i have chance, i decided to go markham and just stand infront of his shop and let the buyers know these things. I dont mind even if i loose a day or couple days work. Pls pls pls dont buy car from him and get fooled. He itself told that its about luck to get a good car from him, wowww. Then i think most of the guys are unlucky when they take car from him. And thats the reason why he has somany negative reviews. And with the hybrid cars, it was my first time taking it, thats the reason i asked him for warrenty on it. If you give the warrenty, i dont want to blame the manufacture for not getting it replaced. Do i want to add the picture of bill of sale were you gave me the warrenty for engine, transmission and battery. Also can i bring the car back to you to check if its rust proof??

I honestly do not understand how this dealer is still in business. Looked at their inventory online and saw a few vehicles that might of been worth a look at it. Upon arrival, over half of the vehicles on the lot were covered in dust, and had flat tires on all four corners. The owner/salesman was not even present. Again, there was ZERO staff of any kind to assist anyone. Along with about 6 other customers waiting for the owner, I patiently waited, hoping we would get some kind of assistance. After half an hour, two of those customers left, I left, and the owner had yet to show up. Unbelievable. By far the worst business, not to mention car dealer, I have ever seen. DO NOT waste your time and come here, there are far better car dealers and vehicles out there. The 2.2 star rating (at the time of writing this) of this business is generous.
