Recently purchased a Lexus here. My sales guy Mohammad he is great! Made the whole process very pleasant. Just wished the main office is a bit more organized and less waiting time. Standing in heels for an hour really hurts

Worst experience after purchasing the car they won't provide you mats and will charge you extra for the key. Dude one car key is always included in the purchase price of car. Horrible customer service. Won't refer to anyone.

Highly recommended place to buy used cars! The owner is friendly and honest about the condition of the car, providing full info and ready to make a good deal. The prices of the cars are very affordable and below the market price. The car I got is excellent, as well as the service received from Mohammed.

Buying a used car can be a anxious time for many, and I'm sure we have all heard the stereotypes of used car dealerships. Great motor auto sales surprised me when I bought my car with them because they truly were men of the word and in experience honest salesmen. I bought a car with them and they promised me a 30 day warranty if in case I found some issues, and I was a little worried at first that they were just saying this and would give me the run around if I ever did have a problem. Unfortunately, my car did have an issue afterwards and they stuck by what they said and we were able to find a solution to it. I really respect for that and as such decided to share my experience here. We can't always know 100% the exact condition of the car we buy, so it was nice knowing that there was a safety net in case I did miss something in my test drives or an unexpected issue came up. I did my dealing with Andy, and he was very helpful and polite.

Bought a 2016 GMC Terrain on May 24 2022 and after getting it home found a few issues wrong with it. Can’t believe the fantastic service I received and getting every fix right away. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from here. All the people I’ve had to deal with were all very friendly and went above and beyond correcting my problems for me. I got my Nissan Pathfinder from Great Motors and had a very pleasant experience. The car is great. The owner was polite and provided a good deal. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good vehicle for very reasonable price.

After reading reviews here, I opted to make the trek to Great Motors Auto Sales. So far.... 5 stars....time of review...March 4/2022 Came from St Catharines. I dealt with Mohamad on a 2016 Buick Enclave. We came to a agreement quickly and I gave my deposit of $500.00. And I gave my plate portion for the transfer. An issue of front end noise will be fully addressed as part of the sale along with Safety/Certification (seems it could be a sway bar link causing the noise or motor mounts or something else causing the constant "thudding" noise). We agreed on $20,000 taxes in for everything. The car should be ready by Tuesday, March 8/2022. We likely won't pick it up till Thirsday. So far, the experience was superb. I was treated fairly. Very friendly. At this point, I wholeheartedly trust his word and look forward to picking up our vehicle.Will provide further details as it progresses. Mohamad was down to earth and I noticed while he talked with a couple who were finishing buying up a different car, I think a Buick Envision, he was very good with them. He handed the keys over and hoped they enjoy their vehicle. It was a good exchange to witness. Sales office was small BUT smart overhead move to keep his cars below market value. Although this place has been open for 3 years (during covid to boot), the family has been doing it for 25 years. Selection on the lot is truly diverse as well! They also stayed open past closing time and waiting for me to arrive. Traffic accidents had me there at 7pm. Looking forward to the next part of picking it up! To be continued........ We picked up the Buick on Thursday March 10th...drove like a dream all the way home! Tuesday March 15th UPDATE! We heard a new noise which seemed alarming. We took the vehicle to our mechanic in Niagara Falls this morning and it was a A/C compressor that needed replacement. We called Mohamad and explained everything. He IMMEDIATELY called our mechanic and within minutes our mechanic called and said the part will be in TOMORROW! Instead of going all the way to Scarboulrough, GREAT MOTORS went above and beyond by ordering the part to our area! It should be called EXCELLENT MOTORS AUTO SALES!!!!
