V	Vincie Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been one of Dr. Sunny Yuen and associates’ patient ever since I was a child. I can say with certainty that the staff are very professional and friendly. I was never afraid of going to appointments while growing up since I was welcomed with warm smiles. They have done so much for me beyond just your basic cleaning/scaling/exams. I’ve had my braces done and my wisdom teeth removed by them. Whenever these more complicated procedures and surgeries had to be done, they made sure that I was comfortable and calm. Anytime I felt like my braces were bothering me, I could just give them a call to book a follow up to help adjust everything until the discomfort has been resolved. They always remind me to not hesitate to call them if I have questions, concerns or pain. They’re transparent about the condition of your dental health and can explain things in greater detail if required. With the COVID-19 pandemic being active since 2020, they’ve been diligent with trying to maintain a safe environment for the staff and patients. They follow the proper health and safety protocols down to the last details.

The staff are extremely polite and friendly and ensured that my visits to this clinic was always positive. I had to remove my wisdom teeths as they were severely impacting my daily life. Not only did Dr Sunny and his staff manage to squeeze me into their schedule in such short notice but they also made me feel really comfortable and relaxed for the entire operation. I totally recommend Dr Sunny Yuen and his staff to anyone to needs dental help. 10/10

I went in to remove my last 2 wisdom teeth and just like the first time they removed my wisdom teeth, they did everything perfectly. I had exact instructions on what to do, both before, during, and after the procedure. Even though I panicked during the procedure, they made sure to stop everything they were doing to check on me and make sure I was comfortable and calm before moving forward, and that really stuck with me. They made sure that everyone felt safe and comfortable during the pandemic, not having a lot of people in the waiting room, and having patients phone in before even stepping foot on the premises to ensure that they were COVID free, so I knew they were taking the utmost care in order to keep each patient and staff member as safe as possible. I would highly recommend anyone to them, and am excited to continue attending :)

I learned about WHAT , WHY and WHEN my problem occurred and HOW it can be solved if I wish. I relaxed and started the therapy for the second round already with totally satisfaction.

I've always been afraid of going to the dentist as a kid, but these people are very comforting and accommodating. 10/5 stars for playing "The Trouble with Mr. Bean" where he goes to the dentist while I was there for a similar appointment. Pure coincidence!

The staff are friendly and they always give clear directions and answer questions. Most recently, I had my last two wisdom teeth removed and the procedure as well as the recovery went very well.
A	Abe Manoharan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked more with Dr. Pang, but the dental office here is pretty tough to beat. From reception, to hygienists, the managers everyone involved here has been amazing. Scheduling, understating families can have difficult schedules, these guys have accommodated and delivered quality dental care IMO. I've had many dentists in years past and hope to stick around for a long while here. The attention to detail when explaining procedures both verbally and written instructions prior to surgery is welcomed. Also Dr. Pang does an amazing job talking you through what he is doing and when which definitely calms you down :) I would recommend this place to anyone. If you look at my other reviews...my recommendation is essentially a guarantee:)

Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating, and they really do everything they can to take good care of you. Dr Yuen is very knowledgeable and professional, but also will take a conservative approach for what's best for the patient, instead of taking short cuts, or up selling services that aren't necessary.
