★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Re General Manager Nicholas. I highly encourage that you receive sensitivity training and how to communicate your errors and effectively manage them. I am disappointed you have not received such training. Your manner of dealing with your error at the Pool this evening placed a racialized family in an embarrassing situation. Offering late check out to compensate for your issue is not helpful for a family with Amex Centurion already. I hope your superiors will consider further training for your development. I do not plan to recommend your hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four Seasons hotel. You guys cannot stand on the public parking space and hold for your car to arrive. The parking no C943. It is a public space. First come first serve right. But your hotel employees standing on empty parking space. Tell me that your car is coming. Does it make sense? I feel very ashamed for your guys work for the four seasons hotel on 1440 Rue de la montagne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is very beautiful. The service is terrible. They forgot to do turndown service. The room wasn‘t made from 8 am when we left room until Lunchtime. In restaurant you wait for food, if it ever arrives.
Overalls a very mediocre experience considering the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful as one would expect with the Four Seasons name plate. Vibrant, and full of energy was the lounge at the 3rd floor restaurant, Marcus. The drinks were certainly well constructed and the environment was phenomenal. I did not experience staying at the hotel as of yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went Four Seasons Montreal back in July this year. They are newly opened. The welcome is warm! Everything is just perfect from the room to pool to restaurant. We stayed for four nights. From day one every single staff remembers my name. The location is awesome. Seafood tower is a must try in their restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcus, the restaurant/bar of the hotel is elegant with an awesome vibe. I went for drinks and the cocktails that I had were amazing. The service was speedy and friendly. Great music as well with the DJ live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! I've never been treated like a king before, friendly, helpful greeters. This place goes above and beyond, every employee and especially managers gave us full attention, they went as far as getting my son a HABS flag for his 1st NHL game. Service top-notch. Literally walk 3 minutes and you are close to great shopping and food, oh not to forget the Bell Centre was a close walk too.
