P	Perry Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only benefit to living at Foundry Lofts is how close it is to campus. A lot of the staff is rude, maintenance is so hard to get (especially after office hours close, even though they advertise 24/7 maintenance), and the prices for both parking and rent keep increasing, with little to no improvement in overall living conditions. Would not recommend to anyone unless you're willing to throw money away.
g	gregory james on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a parent as I am, and want a SAFE non bullying environment for your child...please do not consider Foundry Lofts! They allow sub letting to almost anyone, and do not properly screen potential roommates. My son lost most of his food, and had to have the locks changed once because of a lack of security. Anyone can have a key cut because they are not security keys , so virtually anyone can have access to the unit. Tenants smoke pot, and dump garbage in the stairwells, and there is no security monitoring the premises. A very expensive lesson!

Maintenance is very nice and they fixed multiple problems I had efficiently and did a great job. The staff are also so friendly and they love my little doggy Charlotte.
b	bob marty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAKE THE GYM 24/7. I don’t know why there is opening hours for the gym , we are university students. Most people don’t have time to work out during certain periods of the day. Some like to workout really early and others late at night. Having a 12-5 opening hours on weekends is so pointless, as people need to work. So please make the gym open 24 hours, because this is ridiculous.
J	Jeremy Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melissa and shannon might actually be the 2 worst people ive ever met in my life, they are probably so sad they have had to live at lofts themselves for so long. they show everybody the one nice looking unit they have at the front ,but nobody actually gets a unit that looks like that when they move in, when we came in during the tour the maintenance guy was even on the bed, i think he lives there. PS. Melissa is the big one.
L	Lily Woods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Overpriced rooms, run by university students who think they own the place. Cheap furniture and equipment (especially the dishwasher that couldn't properly wash), Parking is another $25-50 a month! It was free before. Plus, you pay for the car hanger. Utilities cost another $100-200 a month per person. They also make you pay for tenant insurance if you don't already have it.

The folks at the office are the sweetest ever and go beyond to make you feel comfortable m. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from campus and the apartments are HUGE. Plenty of space! Plus they’re always hosting giveaways, breakfasts, yoga classes, beechwood doughnuts for free. Makes you feel valued and cared for. Foundry fam >>>>>>>

The staff is outstanding, especially the maintenance team. Anytime I have put in a work order, the maintenance team has came in a timely manner (no longer than 2 days). And when they come, they are in & out. The amazing staff, along with the amenities, have made my stay here wonderful. I highly recommend Foundry Lofts to everyone!
