★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst city hall ive ever had the displeasure of entering. Ive been yelled at by the workers behind the counter and all asked for is the building inspector, ignored by the office secretary, and belittled by the other workers. Not sure why? I've owned a house here for 6 years pay my taxes like everyone ealse and they are worse and worse everytime I walk in. Snarling looks, belittling comments, previous bylaw inspector waited out front of the neighboors house till I left then decided to enter my home while no one was there (I have security footage)(Jessie)... this is unexeptable. Ive tried to call the mayor and no one gets back to me. Theres seem to be a serious disregard for human rights. We will be selling shortly due to this uncontrolled office. I hope someone takes initiative and overlooks PR and professionalism of this office..
