Purchase only the upgrades that cannot be done after completion (9 foot ceilings). Do not put any more money in their pocket than you have to.

Before purchasing with MVH, I inquired with several other builders but Mountainview has a huge stand-out feature that separates them from the rest! This builder not only allowed me to change my floorplan but actually encouraged and inspired me to fully customize my home to suit my personal wants & needs. I love having the opportunity to work directly with the Architectural Designers and the Design House. All the staff are so talented at what they do. With their help, I have crafted my dream home & I couldn't be happier!

Lindsey, my sales representative, is very helpful and responsive. Great to work with a professional who made the experience well worth it. Everything went very smooth from initial process to final closing. I really like the quality of work done by Mountainview and I feel worth the money. I was not sure about after sales services and level of response after closing but after sales service manager, Maria is very helpful and quick in response with whersoever I need help with my new house. Finally Montainview homes is one of the best and trust worthy builder and Saffron Estate Fonthill is no doubt the best location in Niagara region to buy a house. Highly Recommend!!!
