A	Andj Vidic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews but Kenmores service the last 2 years has been beyond disappointing. I have exhausted every avenue to get someone to proactively help us with the our flooring. It has separated on all sides, across our whole main floor. At the start of 2020, I was in contact with numerous people from Kenmore. After having them visit our home, numerous times, take pictures, walk around, nothing was ever done. I would send emails or call and no one would get back to me. We had reps from the flooring company come out as well, all of them stating they had never seen anything like what was happening to our floors. Finally when getting into contact with the site coordinator, she told me that the state of our floors was our problem and not Kenmores and there was nothing they could do or would do to fix the problem, citing that low humidity was the issue. Although after measuring our humidity (once), the site supervisor told us that the humidity was not low enough to cause such problems. I am now left, fixing floors, in a house less then 5 years old, because a builder, that prides themselves on customer service has chosen to totally ignore us and our problem.
N	Natasa Vidic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst builder and customer service you could think of…that's what you get when you buy a "high end" house from this builder if I may call them a builder... it's a nightmare. Run and don't look back because you will be sorry. Liz will ignore your calls and emails and before you sign all the paperwork they will represent themselves as the top builder. Save yourself a headache.
B	Bojan V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved into our Kenmore Home in Oct 2018. Within the first year of living in our house, our laminate floors started to separate, leaving gaps between the planks and causing the flooring to separate on all sides. We can see our sub flooring. Since the middle of 2020, we have had everyone from site supervisors to flooring reps in and out of our home. They would take a few pictures, claim they’ve never seen this kind of flooring issue and leave. Not one person at Kenmore has taken a proactive approach to helping us (yet they claim to be all our customer service). At the end of 2021, we were told low humidity was the issue (even though they only took one humidity reading back in 2020, citing that the level of humidity in our home would not cause such damage to the flooring). Kenmore has basically left us to deal with this problem on our own yet I know flooring issues have been common with a lot of the houses in our subdivision. If you’re thinking of buying a house with them, don’t. Save yourself the headache and go with a builder that proactively helps, cares about their customers and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for a cheaply built home.
