Instead of helping you to guide right way about building rules update (which I was not familiar when they got changed as I am living here from more than 3 years), the guy started arguing and shouting loud. He raised his voice so bad that i got scared and when I told him to be little polite, he said he is doing his job. Very rude and unprofessional person.
