★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tremont Apartments has the worst Property Management I’ve had ever.
In this winter time (after the snow storm) the plowing snow is not properly done, all the access to the building and parking lot ( the snow blocks the cars) are dangerous to use; as well the Company didn’t take precautions before and after the blizzard.
The Effort Trust Rental Company doesn’t care about its tenants. It’s my experience during the time I have living here (9 months).
If you consider to rent a unit in this property building thinking it twice.
