β β β β β My mom and sister have been ranting and raving about this restaurant since it opened. My daughters have eaten there as well and just loved the sushi. HOWEVER, our experience there yesterday which was my first, was terrible.
To start I called as I was debating between two restaurants, to check the prices and I was told that 4 of the children would be 10.99 and that myself and my oldest would be 27.99. thankfully I didn't just take enough out for that restaurant and had the difference because when I got there I found out that in fact 3 of us were actually 27.99.
Then, we began ordering. We kept getting doubles of food and food was not being sent. We got raw chicken twice then the manager came to the table and told me I was "being picky" and that I "didn't understand their cut of meat." But, last time I checked chicken needed to be thoroughly cooked in all types of cousine.
Furthermore, the food was not good. The deep fried brie cheese we ordered came out frozen in the middle, and the chicken as mentioned was either raw or it was pure fat. The noodles were cold and soooo salty. Halfway through the food started becoming slower and slower coming out. My daughter's octopus ball took 35 minutes to come out. Coincidentally at that time the supervisor showed up at our table to tell us that dinner is starting soon and to finish up (how rude!) And about 5 minutes after that the tablet you use to order stopped submitting food and said "ask an associate for assistance."
We felt like we were rushed and pushed out of the restaurant. We were not offered a new working tablet nor were we helped to order things after that.
It was a terrible experience and a waste of $148.00. never again.

β β β β β I have to say it is not the same restaurant as 2 years before. Iβm very disappointed after I visited this time. The lemon mussels are frozen. In addition, the food is not as well as before. Lastly, the attitude of waiters is really need to be improved. I donβt know why a server could work as you owe his money.

β β β β β Best sushi in Niagara region. Everything is perfect, the food is fresh, the service is good, the environment is comfortable. At first I saw some comments said they took a long time to get your order. However, when we come on Friday night, food delivered was very fast and very easy to send order. Donβt have to wait for the server to confirm. Very surprising, we have a really good night at sushi paradise.

β β β β β Delicious. Well made, fresh rolls. Nice atmosphere. My friend also ordered the General chicken which at most places is consistent but generic however it was surprisingly good. (the best one Iβve had anywhere: tasty good size pieces of juicy chicken and really good light breading)

The prices posted on the take out menu and the price they charge are not the same.
When I pointed out that I was being overcharged they told me to pay the higher price or I would not get my order.
They said the menu had not yet been updated with new prices.
When I made them aware of consumer protection laws I was told to leave.
Menu price $11.99
Price charged $13.99
Yes..
It's only $2, but it's the principle.
Don't post one price then charge another.

β β β β β I didn't expect this place to be so good. Service was very fast and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing. Sushi was made out of fresh ingredients. Tempura, sashimi and beef were fresh and delicious. I loved the dessert, too. Most of all you can eat sushi places don't offer many options or great taste, but the desserts were delicious, too
I would definitely come back here if I was in the area.
