I have loved taking my kitty girls to Dr. Aziz for the last 8 years! We always feel very well taken care of! All the staff are so kind and thorough that I know my girls are getting the best care! Highly highly recommend!

This clinic has the best vets, veterinary assistants, and staff I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. My cat had kidney disease and they provided the most amazing care for him, even when he passed away. They were so caring. Since he passed, I've adopted a new cat and they are amazing with her as well. You won't regret bringing your pets here. ♡

We have been with the dog and cat clinic for almost 2 years now. We had concerns with our little puppy and with all the covid stuff going on in 2020 they were the only ones who would take our little girl in. Two years later and Two dogs later, we wouldn't go anywhere else! Amazing client services having Saturdays available for appointments and later hours has made it easier for us to access care for our fur babies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you for your amazing care. I have been taking my cat here for two years and have always had a positive experience. The staff are so friendly, compassionate, and helpful. I always feel reassured that my cat is in good care here. It’s also reassuring to know that I can phone the clinic if needed and the staff are always happy to help over the phone too.

Having recently moved to Niagara on the Lake just over half a year ago, I didn’t have a veterinarian yet as my three cats are still not due for their next vaccines until late July. I had an emergency come up when out of nowhere, one of my cats appeared to be in pain, wouldn’t raise her tail anymore and had a swelling at the base of her tail which was almost hot to the touch. Unlucky for me, it was noon on a Saturday and after calling around with six or seven different vets, all were fully booked and unable to see her. I was about to accept the fact that an emergency vet at nearly double the price was my only option left, with the Dog & Cat clinic being last on the list within my search area and considering my luck with all the other vets, I assumed they would turn me away as well. I was so relieved when they told me they could fit her in around 4 o’clock. Upon walking in the door, I immediately turned to my boyfriend to comment on how nice and spacious their office is. The vet I had back in Markham had a cold, all white small office, and for whatever reason I was never fully comfortable around the employees that worked there. The vet who examined my kitty at the Dog & Cat Clinic was so easy to talk to, it was like conversing with a friend. They were so careful not to hurt my cat which is awesome. I hated how my other vet would sometimes be rough and forceful with my cats while I had to just stand there and watch them cry out in pain while they’re being manhandled. Regardless, my cats hate being examined by a vet, but she was so cooperative with the doctor here, she didn’t even complain when he had to take her temperature, a procedure which had her throwing a hissy fit when done with anyone else. On top of that, the bill was nearly 25% less then what my other vet would’ve charged me. And by the next day, my cat was acting like her normal spunky self after being so depressed the day before, she couldn’t even sit down for how sore her bum area was. Thank you guys so much for letting me come in with such short notice on a Saturday. Considering the level of anxiety I get when one of my cats is hurting, you probably helped me more than you helped my cat. Having weaned my three sisters from kittens myself after finding them in a rusty bucket, they’re incredibly important to me and I literally will start crying whenever they’re not happy.? Nice roomy facilities, friendly easy-going staff and fair affordable pricing. This is officially my new vet clinic.

Our fur baby took extremely ill this past Thursday we took her to our vet in Thorld immediately. They started to do an exam an told us our baby girl was extremely ill an would need emergency surgery immediately or she would pass. We agreed to do the surgery an they went on to tell us they didn't have time to save her life. Go find another vet that could help. I called The Dog and cat clinic an spoke with Stephanie. She was a blessing she had us in within minutes. They where amazing to deal with. Had our baby stable an ready for surgery. They allowed myself an children to be with her up till surgery an called us to come visit with her an speak with the surgeon following surgery. I was able to call multiple times for updates was never made to feel as if I was a bother. They always said call when ever you have a spare moment give a call. They made us feel so much better with our situation. I have never dealt with such a loving an caring team. From our family thank you for saving our fur baby we will only be going to The Dog an cat clinic of Niagara from now on.

This veterinary clinic is the only one I hope to ever have to deal with and recommend highly to everyone I know who has a pet. The staff are phenomenal and their prices are very reasonable compared to any place else I have checked in the area. I had to have my poor sweet Ivy (cat) put down a few years ago and they were so caring. I have since taken my other cats to them for treatment and annual checkups. I can't say enough good about them!

I have been going to this clinic for years now. I take all my children here and recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff is kind, caring, and patient. My yellow lab Benny absolutely loves them. They are also much more reasonably priced than other locations. This clinic is an absolute gem!
