J	Joe Rotundo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lowry is top shelf. Genuinely cares for the animal and not the pocket book. Another vet there (don’t want to mention names) tried gouging me for an ear exam and meds for my dogs “ear yeast infection” lol without even asking for my approval. A yeast infection in the ear is like us going to the Dr for a hang nail. Zzzzzzz last time I saw her….ask for Dr Lowry if possible.

I told them this is very urgent, they promise me doctor will be call me back. NEVER HAPPENED!!!!! Sunday morning my bunny died ? THIS NOT A DOCTOR WHO DOESN'T CARE THE LITTLE ANIMAL!!!!!!!!

Must be management is difficult to work with which is why they can't retain Vets. They have a great vet there Rachel Manjos but she is leaving as they all eventually do. Management - time for self reflection! Dr. Lowery is the only one who has remained but she is easily flustered and doesn't like answering questions you may want to ask. She replies she doesn't know!! If the vet doesn't know - who does?

As we agreed to do the surgery the went on to tell us to call other vets cause they had no time for her. No time to save my dogs life. Are you kidding me. We went home an called The dog an cat clinic by the pen center they had us in immediately had our baby stable an surgery was done. So needles to say we are done bringing any of our babies to thorld . We will now be going to The dog an cat clinic. Where I can say they truly care for the well being of babies.

Staff is fantastic, prices are fair and Vets are very knowledgeable. Recently I lost my first dog, my best friend for nearly 16 years and the end of life care she recieved here was wonderful.
M	Madison Lagace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first went here it was great. Then after a few vets left it went down hill. The one vet was afraid of my dog as she is a pretty large dog. She also didn’t help my dogs anxiety as she asked me to “put her into a headlock” so she could give her injections. When you call sometimes you get an answer (sometimes it’s not the friendliest voice) other times you get “disconnected” The only plus was it was close to my house. I have gone to another vet which is amazing! I’m only leaving a review a few months later just so I could make sure I did the right thing and leave. Look elsewhere if possible sometimes it’s worth spending a bit more for better care…

I've been to a few different vets with my dog and was not impressed (lack of care, empathy and compassion for what the dog was going though) It's been 10+ years since I've been to thorold vet and the experience has not changed one bit. Always kind, helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you for caring for my dog when she was in need!! Worth the wait.
