★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't offer buy one get one free if you're not willing to give the free item. So I ordered food then saw the massive poster off to the side, I immediately asked about the deal and cashier told me I couldn't have it due to her handing me my receipt. Pfft...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good. A bit salty but still acceptable. But the customer service was bad especially the cook. I asked him to put the food into to-go plate and he roll his eyes. Not a good behaviour in the costumer service field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular here, I often come during my lunch break however I will not be returning. Service is always slow, but I am always patient as I understand working in the food service is taxing. What I will not be understanding of is waiting in line for 15 minutes behind other customers just to have the lights shut off on me when it’s my turn and be told you are closing.
It was 30 minutes before close and like I stated I was already waiting in line for a long time. Completely unacceptable!

The price is verh reasonable with great amount of the food. Worth the money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly don't like writing bad reviews but this warrants a review. I was a bit put off at the fact that they didn't have shrimp at 12:00pm on a Saturday but I understand there are supply constraints right now. Not having diet Pepsi was annoying and I understand the machine had to be changed. I asked for a bottle instead of fountain I was told I'd have to pay an extra $0.50...really? I pull out $0.50 and give it to the lady who then she comes back and tells with you actually don't even have any bottles of diet Pepsi...ok? One of the orders was basil beef and clearly the bottle of soy sauce must of had free run on the rice! When we brought it to their attention they said that they cook it a little bit different and if you wanted it the color of the actual picture on the menu that you had to ask for less sauce??? This is an established franchise and the meals should be consistent across the board. I definitely won't let my experience with this location dictate any future visits to this franchise but I definitely won't be hitting this location ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is exactly what stated in the name. Express. If your looking for authentic Thai food this isn't the place. If your looking for a quick fix then it hits the spot. I tried the general Thai beef meal. It was made in under 4mins. Which makes me question how long was that meat cooked for. Pretty much it's preservative deep fried meat balls. Probably all pee packaged with some quick rice and some hot Thai sauce poured over it.
