Ryan is an excellent worker. Would definitely recommend and consider Lindsay floor trends for future projects.

We started out with an idea only to learn that the product we thought we wanted was not a great choice for our space. Alex worked within our budget and time frame to find us a the right solution. The gents who came to complete the installation were professional and friendly. They offered some care tips before leaving for the day. So happy with our new space and so glad we made the choice to work with Floortrends Lindsay.

Andy spent some time explaining to Irene how to care for the tiles and left a part bottle of the solution use in the future as we care for the backsplash. There were only a few pieces of tile left over so you calculated the amount needed almost to the exact tile! We saw Andy take a few photo's and glad to know he shared them with you. Jeff the cabinet installer, Tyler the carpenter and Mark the electrician have all been in the house since the backsplash was in place and without saying anything to them, they all thought the backsplash looked amazing. We are so lucky that you were able to take care of Irene and myself so fast. Irene and I feel that you are definitely a KEEPER!!! Extend our thanks again to Andy for doing a Great Job , we are sure it wasn't an easy.

I had my living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms re done with vinyl plank flooring and I couldn't be happier with the finished results. Alex Campbell was a terrific advisor and always ready to help. The installers, Tom and his son Tyler worked very well together and were very accommodating. I would recommend Floortrends to everyone!

Alex assisted us so well (along with others) when anytime we visited the showroom when trying to finalize our decisions. All our questions were answered professionally and samples were freely given to take home so as to not rush our decision. Our installers Don and Tyler were more than efficient. They showed up on time. worked swiftly as a a team in a timely fashion, cleaned up at the end of the day leaving the premises the same way in which they found them. I also like the way in which Alex, Don and Tyler, were in communication throughout the project making sure all things ran smoothly. The final billing handled by Alex was very clear for my understanding. I would recommend this company and especially Alex, Don and Tyler for your flooring needs. We had a hot water tank dysfunction earlier in the spring and had to replace our basement carpet. Alex Campbell from Floortrends came over the next day, assessed our needs and did the appropriate measurements. He tracked down the manufacture and secured a replacement carpet. He scheduled the installation based on expected date of the delivery of the carpet. He phoned the day prior to verify times and his team of three very skilled carpet installers arrived at 7:30 in the morning. They efficiently laid the carpet including the stairwell and were done by noon. We were very happy with their work as the end product was excellent. Alex followed up with a phone call that afternoon to verify completion and our satisfaction.
