They have lots of excuses why they won't take back their own products. I drive the distance now to Ritson Tile where I'm treated with respect.

None of the staff on the front desk were helpful (did not ask if we needed help as we wandered around the show room), and seemed quite put out that we were even inquiring about tile or ordering it. Worse again when you try to come in to pick it up. Not sure why you'd want that as someone's first - and lasting - impression of your business? Shout out to Matt in the back who was very personable and helpful. Maybe the ladies out front, dealing with the public, could pick up a few tips from him....

After purchasing a 1500 grit buffing pad I realized that I should have purchased a 400 grit pad. I returned to the store 30 mins later to request an exchange and I was told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I asked the lady if she was kidding and she replied with a firm "NO"! I decided at that point to leave with my original purchase and my future business. If I could vote for a negative value I would. Unfortunately, 1 is as low as I can go. You are better of going to Ritson Tile or The Tile House for reasonable and professional customer service.
J	J H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went in today to look at tile samples for our new 9000 square foot house we are building and she was very disappointed and offended at the lack of service here. She was there for over 30 minutes and not a single staff member came to help her or even had enough manners to welcome her to the store or say hello. She gave up and went to Turco Tile who were immediately helpful and walked her through everything and answered her questions. What a difference caring about your customers and the success of your business makes!
