It was a big job requiring removal of old tiles and the cutting and laying of 24” ceramic tiles over a four day period. The two servicemen were pleasant, hard working and skilled. They replaced the baseboards and cleaned up well after themselves. Despite the biggest snowstorm of the season, they showed up on time and even offered to help shovel us out. Addie kept in touch prior to and following installation to ensure our satisfaction. We would highly recommend the services of Floortrends to others and will continue to shop there ourselves. Jeff, the salesman, was awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and kept me informed throughout the entire process! Drake, the installer was fabulous! He worked efficiently and meticulously and did an amazing job! My hardwood floors are gorgeous! Than you again, Joyce, Jeff and Drake!

CJ was prompt at responding to my many emails as I was on a tight timeline. He promised the tiles would be in on time and he didn't disappoint. I also dealt with Joyce while CJ was on vacation. She looked after me in the same manner as CJ. Both CJ and Joyce were exceptional and represented Floortrends in a very positive light. As you can see, my fireplace turned out beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Floortrends and their staff for any tile and flooring needs.

My wife and I had been int he market for area rugs for some time and could not seem to find one to our liking. We had a carpet in a previous house we loved so we decided to see if we could get the same one and create custom rugs just to find out the store we had purchased this from had shut down. We then went into Floortrends massive show room with a huge selection however they did not have what we were looking for. I spoke to Joyce about this and she went above and beyond taking the time to research this after we had left and she actually found the exact one we were looking for and brought samples in specifically for us. The price and lead time were geat so we went ahead and ordered 4 custom area rugs from her. We picked them up and brought them homw and realized there was a mix up with one rug and we had taken he wrong one. Paul the manager actually took the time to deliver the correct one to our home and picked up the other. Couldnt have asked for better customer service from Paul, Joyce, and the rest of the staff and the quality of the product we received is top notch. I highly recomend them for all flooring needs.

I had a lot of squeaking sound before and now after putting the underpap and carpet it has completely gone !! Need to upgrade everything else now because of this carpet ??
