We didn't feel like shopping from the stores; we found it too overwhelming and wanted someone with the product knowledge to personally guide us in our choices. We've had plumbers & electricians renovating our new home, so I thought why not a mobile flooring business?! Best. Decision. Ever. Product knowledge & amazing service - from Anya in Sales to Installers Kevin & Manuel! Can't wait for our next project together!

He made a house call on a Saturday to bring samples and talk about options. Two days later we ordered flooring and await delivery.

They were able to match our existing hardwood when no other flooring company could.Was great at helping us with choosing colour schemes to co- ordinate with our existing decor, as they ended up redoing all of the flooring in our home. From Rob & Anya to Kevin the installer, was a great experience, everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional, would recommend them to anyone.

Floor Coverings International was the only company I heard back from after they had located a close and acceptable matching product in just a few days. Anya brought a sample to the house to confirm the acceptability, ordered the product and personally delivered it to the lower level in my house. Exceptional, efficient service from very helpful, pleasant, courteous and personable staff. Highly recommended.

So glad we trusted her, it looks better than we envisioned. Rob learned of a unique transition between 2 rooms and made sure he personally came by, after hours, to look at it and sort it out. Which he did quickly and it looks fantastic. The installers did a great job, were punctual, professional and quick. The following day, Anya even stopped by for a follow up visit to ensure that we were pleased. With service like this, their caring attitude and demeanor, this company will go a long way. Wish I could give them 10 Stars. Thanks guys, I will definitely reach out to you for the next job that we do!
