★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can start by saying there is no way these reviews are accurate. All the recent reviews talk about customer service at the store - NOT about buying and having a job completed. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I was quoted one week for my flooring job, this consisted of Harwood throughout my main floor, new tiles in the kitchen, re-staining my staircase and carpet for the basement. Each job had different contractors and lead by one awful project manger. This job ended up taking over 5 months to complete. My house was left in a complete mess after jobs. And when I brought it up I was told it was the homeowners responsibility to clean up. Dripping stain on my my walls and white carpet hardly seems like a professional way to leave someone’s home. Since then, I’ve had cracked hardwood and broken tiles. I’ve tried to contacting the store, the new project manger and owner. No one will do anything or even return a phone call. So I pretty much have no warranty and am forced to file a complaint with the BBB. The contractors all complain that the company is behind paying them and therefore don’t want to work with flooring liquidators.
Do yourself and favour and find any other company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that the flooring product is wonderful. The customer service is okay and requires lots of follow up to get anywhere. The contractors are great but it was a real struggle to get the trims in.
We went through started the process in mid Dec2019 and the demo and floor install was in by the end of the month. We were hit with a few delays due to the contractors having some issues with their vehicle and I’m surprised there isn’t a spare.
We had some tile work which was by another contractor. Luckily, the flooring and tile installer knew each other and communicated well their expectations.
The tiling work was excellent but the scheduling didn’t sound like something flooring liquidators took care of.
The final thing to resolve was the trims. Suppose to be stained and installed mid-Jan and actually completed end of Feb.
I can’t say I’m happy with the scheduling but am happy with the final product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aaron was helpful and knowledgeable. When we first went to the store, Aaron was able to pin point some nice floorings with the requirements we needed.
The customer service they provide is amazing.I had an isssue with the first batch of baseboard and shoe molding delivery in which we did not receive the right size for our baseboards. Aaron was able to prepare another batch of baseboards with similar style of design we wanted within a short period of time despite the holiday rush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously Aaron, Angela, Sam and all the contractors involved were super nice and helpful. It was a bit of a nightmare to see our new floors starting to buckle two days after just being installed, but once I let the team know, Aaron the superstar he was, contacted me right away to let me know that there was a manufacturing defect in the floors causing the buckling and helped to rectify the situation quickly. We had to choose a new floor but our new floors are looking even better then before. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my many questions and concerns.
The floors looks so good and I’ll definitely return if I need to do any more flooring in the future. They had the best price and selection and we went to a lot of places to find the one. Go here for all your flooring needs and you won’t regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate experience. Got a quote that was great, but when I received the final bill it came to almost double the total in unexpected extras. Hopefully they will learn from this and be fully transparent with their customers in the future.
Not only did they get a bad review from me, but I will never shop there again, which will result in thousands of dollars in lost business.
