Rude customer service. Called about getting an appointment and they were terrible to deal with. Don't give them your business..

WORST customer service ever. Too bad zero is not a rating. They treat you like a criminal.You make arrangements for pre-payment, then you are sent a bill showing an outstanding amount because they make a mistake by not processing payment. When you call to inquire they are EXTREMELY RUDE. FIND ANOTHER SERVICE!

The admin at this place is difficult to deal with! They have no idea what professional customer service means! Not pleasant at all!! Also, you don't really know what is done to patients at nursing homes because they do it behind closed doors.

After waiting 4 months for an appointment for my senior parents they refused to provide care as I was away and they were not confident of being paid. This is Canada, I had not appreciated that care would be refused until "dollars were put on the table". 6 months later, I made sure I was around so that care can be delivered.Care was delivered however there was no consultation with myself for follow up or what their findings were. I finally got the report for cleaning and xrays. $250.Furthermore only one of my parents was seen. Regardless, I immediately ensured payment was made by etransfer. Six months later I was presented with a bill with accumulated interest. There was not any reminders, no apologies. Just a bill. For an organization that is supposedly in patient care, they are very much more interested in transactions and demonstrated very little consideration about patient care/experience. When I asked why they did not have reminders, I was advised that is not their business. What a terrible experience.

Direct Dentistry's Dr. Wong was wonderful. She phoned me prior to her emergency visit to my mom in long-term care, then phoned again while still in her room after the examination. Her examination and plan of action were compassionate and thoughtful and we are so grateful. Nadia in the office is wonderful as well. Very responsible and responsive. This is not an easy time for people who provide dental services to the LTC community. Their hands are tied because of all the restrictions. This covid time is difficult for all of us.

Very rude customer service. They are fast to charge your credit card, but they dont care about providing timely information of the dental care provided along with the receipt. I called them because they charged my credit card, however they didnt send a receipt indicating the charges. The person on the phone was extremely rude with me and she finally realized that the email was sent to another person. Nice to know that they sent your confidential information to incorrect recipients.
