We are so grateful for the support and resources they have provided our family to navigate difficult times and the tools they have given us to better manage every day situations. My kids get so much value out of their time with Tania whose bi-weekly sessions teach valuable life skills and nurture positive self-care and mental health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I am beyond thankful for all of the work the instructors did and continue to do with my daughter. The material they cover and strategies they provide for the children are age appropriate, engaging and fun. My daughter loves to share what she has learned that session and I have seen her apply the skills/strategies taught into her daily routine. As a parent I like getting the weekly reviews on how her session went and what she did well and what we as parents can continue to encourage her to work on. The mid-program information session is also helpful to ask any questions or add any input we have as parents which is great. When I asked my daughter a word to describe her experience with this organization and her response was, "Spectacular!!" I am happy with the service and support of Behaviour Matters and happy I came across it on social media back in August 2020. Thank You!

Their group programs are excellent and I can clearly see how my child has used the skills taught to better cope with the stresses of life. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has been attending Behaviour Matters' group programs since last May, and she has been able to grow and learn about social skills and emotional regulation with the support of her group facilitators. Behaviour Matters has also connected with my daughter's school to communicate about how to provide the best support, and has provided us with 1 on 1 counselling. We love the services Behaviour Matters offers, and will continue to sign our daughter up because we can really see the benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour Matters offers wonderful and thoughtful programming for kids and their families. I love that they validate kids feelings and how the program sparks discussions and thinking for my child who is having a difficult life transition due to Covid, school related bullying issues and a house move. They are helping him weather this difficult time with sensitivity and tools he would otherwise not have. I also love that it is comprehensive with parents too. I have learned a lot about my own parenting and abilities to support my child. Highly recommend their programming and we will continue to support our child through their programming. Thanks to Loretta and her team for the sensitivity and support. We are very grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my 5 year old twins to Behaviour matters for the Cool Tools program as well as some individual sessions to work on emotional regulation. The team of social workers and child and Youth workers were beyond fantastic to work with. I let them know my concerns before even starting the program and they made sure to set up some individual sessions to enable my twins to be as comfortable as possible when starting the program. The program itself was really thorough and taught some very age and developmentally appropriate skills that were reinforced through play and activities each week. I was very impressed with the feedback given each week on my child’s progress through the class and the suggestions on how to use these skills in their daily life when struggles come up. I will definitely continue to use this program to help my kids grow and succeed in life. I highly recommend it for anyone with kids!
