★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with Heather Smith at Coquitlam Flight Centre. I had a difficult issue related to a third party vacation package that was cancelled in the early days of the pandemic. Heather called me back right away and provided exceptional service. She listened to my questions and responded with a very fair resolution to my issue.
I almost never write reviews like this, but when someone goes above and beyond like Heather did, they deserve recognition. Flight Centre Coquitlam is doing a great job of navigating the Covid crisis in my opinion. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Answered all questions I had with traveling with my dog and Covid. Assisted in ensuring all paper work I required was prepared. I will happily have Brett help me fly again, hopefully somewhere nicer next time than norther BC in the winter! Thank you Brett for all of you help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have maintained their being courteous and accommodating. However, unless you're travelling as a huge group - class reunions, conferences etc, one no longer requires the services of a travel agent. Most agents would tell us to call the airline or hotel directly as the wait times are all the same. ?
This is the same when one wishes to inquire about special deals. Just nix the middle man and do it yourself.

She brought her insight as a traveler to my travel plans, was helpful with my questions, and on several times emailed me well outside of regular office hours to get the job done. You will get excellent customer service if you deal with this agency and in particular Linda Nankov.

She always responded in a timely fashion and answered any question I had. Katrina to this day has been helping me resolve a problem that I had with the company that we booked our trip through, she responds and keeps me updated weekly and goes out of her way to get an answer from them. I just wanted you to know I really enjoyed working with Katrina, she puts her customers first and has always been pleasant to work with.

He helped us out and got it all sorted, saving us $500 each from the cheapest that I could find. Great customer service and highly recommended.
