During my career as a travel consultant I worked for different agencies and this one is by far the best. Their travel consultants are experienced and their product knowledge is second to none. Any travel I book is through this agency and I can't recommend them highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gor Mahal is the most unhelpful travel agent I have ever had experience with. We were/are part of a group booking and he will not address issues with the booking. When I asked to speak with his superior/supervisor he ignored me. Took his "fees" and ran away from the problems. DO NOT work with him. If I could give zero stars I would.

After the initial booking, we needed to make an adjustment to the room we had chosen and Deborah took care of it right away. She made the entire process very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Deborah and we will definitely go back to her for our future cruise plans.
