Their after sales service is really poor, they are very pushy to sell their service but are never ready to provide the service they boast for. Got home internet connection from them but they entered the wrong email and contact info due to which I never received the bill, after about month and a half when I contacted them they told me that I have to pay for the late fee for payment, irrespective of explaining them that THEIR EMPLOYEE entered the wrong details they forced me to pay the complete bill in full. STAY AWAY. BELL IS WAY BETTER

Visited this store in Erin mills shopping centre. Met with Nathan and he was so helpful. Needed an iPhone 13 pro and I have spoken and visited multiple stores in Mississauga- but Nathan just beats everyone’s customer service … He was so wonderful and extremely helpful and patient … i have not met such an amazing rep in any stores or even over the phone with your customer service …. definitely visiting this place in the future.

Getting bad service is one thing, but being laughed at and asked what is the problem because I was asking when will I get my phone, which has been back ordered for some time now and is my second attempt at since September is awful. Yes I did know about a chip problems but it doesn't mean I deserve to be treated like that, I can ask for updates on a phone as many times as I want if I'm spending all that money. Seems to me fido stores need to try to hire better employees, not very rude unprofessional ones. If Fido likes to lose customers then keep it up. Never going back to this store and when my contract is up no way I'm staying with Fido.

2 customers at a time in store, waiting 1 & 1/2 hours just to get them to change details on a account. Online customer service is 3+ hours wait. Extremely fast to take money but slow to provide support. They prioritize new customers over existing ones.

I visited erin mills Fido , and the experience was horrible. The manger there was kicking us out and rushing our whole purchase process. He had no manners or good customer skill. He lost a customer that’s been with them for 12 years.

I went into Fido today early morning since I was not happy with my purchase. I came across an associate named Jameel who provided me above and beyond 5 star service. I wanted to change my phone from an iPhone to a Samsung which I originally purchased and he took his time and provided me options and extensive details on plans that would cater to my needs. He is truly a top notch associate who deserves recognition and I look forward to dealing with him in the future for my phone needs. Thank you to Jameel & The Fido team for helping me with my situation!!

I had a very bad experience with the Erin Mills Town Centre Fido. In November of 2021 I bought a very expensive flip phone from them and at the same time I upgraded my plan. I was told by the sales person (Wishma) that they will waive the $50 setup fee and I will see it in my next bill. Last week I got my 3rd bill after the purchase and still no refund. I called them several times during this period and I was told to wait until next bill!! Today out of frustration I went to the store and Wishma was there. She said she never said anything about a refund!! The store manager, Sateesh, also said the same thing. They were both very rude and basically kicked me out of the store. I will contact Customer Service to see if they can do any thing. I have been with FIDO for more than 20 years and I am going to cancel the 3 lines I have with them as soon as possible. Don't go there. They are a bunch of un-professionals and they do not know what they are doing.

Went to return something at this location. Manager said there was no account and told us to call the 1-800 number. The lady on the phone was much more useful and we had to give the manager OUR PHONE while she was on there. His response to us was for us to call a help line when we are standing in the store because you can not find our account even after showing you our account info. The 1-800 number was great though. Happy we are done with Fido and won’t have to go back there again. EDIT - you can see my review history I am not a negative reviewer so you know this has to be a badly run location for this review to go up.
