The guy in the store is awkward and weird. Couldn't wait for him to stop talking. Will find another store to go to. Not sure if it's Asperger's or just a lack of awareness of social ques but the guy didn't pick up on the fact that I wasn't interested in answering his questions while he was trying to up sell me. Serious Twilight zone experience. Tried to get me to switch my provider when all I wanted was a secondary prepaid SIM for an old phone. Horrible sales person, should use this guy in those videos on how not to do things.

The gentlemen here were amazing at helping me get set up on a new phone for a reasonable price. I give them 5 stars for trying so hard to switch my info from one phone to another! Thanks Rogers/Fido.

Don't even try anything from here. They're fraud. I was going to just open a account with Fido and didn't even think change my phone or buy new one. They Offer me a free galaxy S21 no extra charge just need to keep account for 2 years contract. It turns out there is $30 charge every month for 2 years. I signed contract without reading carefully which is my fault. But I asked them several times that there is actually no device fee and they said yes. I trust them but it was all lied. Now they said there is nothing they can do because I signed contract. FFS.

Very bad customer service. The larger ethnic lady basically sat behind her computer barely looking up and spoke in a very dismissive manner. So much so, I respectfully just left. Also, if you buy phones here they won’t sell you the phone unless you get it financed. They charge you $50 service fee for all activations as well but not if order everything yourself on the website. Essentially, there is absolutely no value in going to the store. You will end up paying more and have to deal with horrendous customer service at this location.

I've been with fido over 5 years and I've been trying to change my plan (10G x $85) for a more economical one and they ALWAYS said that to change my plan I would be paying more than $100, even though online they showed better plans but they never mentioned that to me at any stores I visited. I am really FUSTRATED with the BAD service and even more for the amount of money I WASTED with my plan for years. IF I WOULD HAD SAVED $40 DOLLARS MONTHLY I WOULD HAVE HAD OVER $ 1500, good to buy a brand new iPhone. I really do NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.
