★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at this store. Earlier on this year a close friend tried to return some new shoes and had to argue with the female worker. Noticed a poor selection at this store, high prices (no sale prices on anything) and very rude service. Decided to go to the Tech shop and had a terrific shopping experience. The Tech shop had really good selection with clothing and shoes. There were sale prices at the Tech shop and the man who helped me was very nice and kind.

I was trying to decide between 2 pairs, one of which was a brand I hadn’t previously worn but were suggested here as an option. I’m an experienced runner and I found the staff person to be very knowledgeable and informative. He was the perfect combination of being helpful and available, and not pushy. I absolutely love my new runners, which were a new brand for me. He was also very knowledgeable about supplements (energy gels, etc.) and I’m pleased with the items I bought. Highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought skis, boots and bindings from here years ago: ski clothing a couple years back and got great service. Couldn't find my boots this year so I went in and bought some very nice boots from these folks last week and got great service once again. Lots of help. I'm heading back today, because I can't find my wax! I really have to do a full reorganise in my garage!

They made sure that the shoes were comfortable and fit properly, and they did it quickly. The shoes were perfect and have been serving me well. Great shop and I will definitely will be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys know running! They analyzed my gait on their treadmill with a high speed camera. With the information captured I was able to select a shoe to assist with chronic shin splints based on my running form. From beginner to advanced running this is the "go to" shop in Edmonton with better pricing and a better selection than the big box stores. The staff will take their time to ensure you get the right fitting shoe for the running you are doing. Will be a returning customer! Shop LOCAL people. Fast Trax rocks!
