D	David Palmu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this location almost exclusively since discovering it because it's head and shoulders better than any other A&W location I've been to in the city. The Burgers and Onion Rings are so fresh and well made, I've been impressed with my meal every single visit. Even tonight, I was out late and skipped dinner, so on my way home I stopped by for a Chicken sandwich at 10:45 PM. It was hands-down the best Chicken burger I've ever had, and that includes non-fast food sandwiches. Seriously try this A&W if you used to love it as a child but haven't had that experience in a while.

J	Jared Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well that was a trainwreck. Almost 20 minutes in the drive through to get a bizarrely assembled meal. I even ordered ahead on the app... I get the feeling it was a case of understaffing/undertraining. I'm giving them 3 stars as it's usually a decent location.

A big shout out to Arash (I think he's a supervisor), for personally delivering the drinks that Skip the Dishes didn't bring with our order, as well as a promo gift-card. Above and beyond our expectations, Thank-you so much for taking such good care of us. ???

Am I supposed to believe that one of the most common items on the A&W menu would be a special request that they weren’t prepared for? Or does management not pay enough employees to properly run their business? I’m finished with this ridiculousness. Don’t advertise that you’re open 24 hours if you can’t adequately maintain a basic level of service. UPDATE (Apr 24): I decided to give them a chance to get it right. This time I was told it would take 20 minutes to prepare a Teen Burger. I responded by asking which menu items could be prepared sooner, to which I was told that all menu items would take the same amount of time. Perhaps management should investigate this location themselves (secret shopper?) instead of asking me to email them.
P	Peter Van Hemert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I ordered the all Canadian breakfast. They ran out of sausages. They substitute two links of sausage with two strips of paper thin bacon.? My "toast" was just warm bread. ? The next visit I asked if they were short on sausages again and they were so I asked to substitute with sausage rounds. I also asked to make sure my "toast" was actually toasted. After I get my meal, there was only one sausage round. ? My "toast" was still only warm bread. ? AND then they tell me that they are out of PEANUT BUTTER! ?? "would I like extra butter instead?" ????
