I attend this location for my massage therapy treatments following a car accident I was in. The reception staff are amazing and very accommodating. As for the quality of treatment, I could not ask for better, Nicole is an amazing massage therapist and i strongly reccomend her.

I have had great experiences with both Shivangi and Rafat at this location. They are exceptionally skilled in identifying the structural cause of pain related issues, even if you are having difficulty describing or pinpointing the problem area. Throughout providing treatment Rafat provides helpful information about the problem area that really helps draw awareness to what is functioning poorly and why. Online booking is a huge plus- and administrative staff are friendly and helpful in case something comes up.

Rafat is one of the most knowledgeable physiotherapists I have had the pleasure of consulting; AND he knows how to put all that knowledge to best practical effect of the patients recovery !!! =) I could not be happier with the care I am receiving.

I think they offer excellent service and great value. Got physio for shoulder impingement from muscle imbalance due to my focus on bodybuilding routines that fell short on rotator cuff muscles. When I had questions after watching a recorded seminar on shoulder impingement, my physio answered them without being defensive. I didn't feel that they were trying to sell me more than I needed. I had trusted my award-winning show-oriented trainer to provide me with a balanced, comprehensive program. Luckily, I didn't tear anything, so the rehab won't need to be a permanent part of my routine. Surprised to learn how well the body can compensate, which hides issues. Will have pains and wobbles assessed right away from now on, because rehab sucks. Also going to periodically check for left-right imbalances and sudden changes in muscle shape while doing slow smooth motions with easy weights. And will do form checks and renew knowledge of form details by watching video demonstrations on selected reputable sites. I realize I'm getting into my personal story, but I think that lessons learned are worth sharing. Going to ask next session if they can do a comprehensive strength balance assessment to avoid other self-inflicted injuries. I am also adding Yoga and/or Pilates to help me find relative weaknesses. Also got a couple of sessions from a chiropractor who is knowledgeable about strength training. That seemed to be a nice complement to the physio because it helped loosen tightness that resulted from lifting while injured and revealed an extremely tight muscle that I was missing when I stretched. I was a little surprised that the physio had not identified that tight muscle to me, but all rehab is focussed on addressing the problem you present, and this was a second issue. I consider dropping them to four stars over this, but I think the amount of treatment I got for the dollars I was paying put them well above the physio I had been through several years ago.

I had a wonderful and very informative first session with Dr. Rafat. He showed patience, knowledge and gave me realistic timeframe for a return to training. He explained every procedure and what it was doing for my injury. Fantastic Doctor and a very warm and inviting clinic.

My mother lives at Jubilee lodge, which is an extended care facility in the Capilano area. When my mother was reminded that it was her massage day today, Friday, she had a huge smile on her face. My sister asked her, "Does that make you happy?" She replied, "Yes. Nicole is such a good woman." Nicole is very good with the elderly. She is a careful professional always checking in about pain thresholds. Her warm personality makes people comfortable and well cared for. Thank you Nicole Patrick Nicole is a very knowledgeable masseuse to have taken so much tension out of my shoulders and neck. I had no idea how much was there. I will recommend her to other professionals. Pamper yourself. Your plan pays for it.
