★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here a few times now for two hour appointments, and the sessions have been excellent.
The room is clean and the table is heated (which feels great on a cold winter’s day!).
I prefer a deep tissue massage with lots of pressure, and Julie was able to provide that throughout the whole sessions. Julie was thorough, was able to identify areas of my old injuries and helped those areas feel better than they have in a long time.
I would recommend this place and Julie to anyone needing a therapeutic massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Julie for a relaxation massage. I took advantage of her health care workers discount (90 min for price of 60 only for Feb/22) and I’m so glad that I did. She is very professional, followed Covid protocols and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her massage room is very clean and warm, the heated bed made it even more relaxing. The pressure of the massage was perfect and she checked in with me occasionally to make sure I was ok. She does direct billing through Blue Cross so it made super easy for me. I’m looking forward to my next massage :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past five years I've sought massage therapists because of aching muscles, although I do yoga and workout, my muscles and body needed more. I had a car accident a year ago and suffered from serious whiplash. As I mentioned, I've met a few massage therapist, however, until I went for a massage at Exigence Therapeutic Massage with Julie was I able to fully appreciate the full benefit of a deep, therapeutic massage. She is professional, knowledgeable and intuitively sensed where she needed to focus when massaging me. Julie's welcoming atmosphere, her thorough assessment of my needs and her warm, caring presence made me realize what I'd been missing when a massage is done right. I wasn't rushed, and it was easy to relax with her pleasant demeanor. Massage is an intimate process and all the while I felt completely at ease with her. I've gone back a few times since. She is affordable and such a lovely person. I will continue seeing her for a massage, and I fully endorse and encourage anyone seeking a massage therapist to see Julie, a massage by her will bring anyone back time and time again.
